#14 Clear out the garage so that one car can fit in it.

I wish I had taken pics, but didn't think about it until after the fact. We had cleaned out our garage a couple weeks ago in preparation for a property inspection and last week, since it was raining and I didn't want the kids to get wet, I pulled the big ol' Chevy Tahoe in the garage and it fit! Woohoo! Mike was impressed when he got home. :)
